Mose Ramieh, II
As all great legends begin somewhere, PGTI’s legacy begins with Mose Ramieh. Originally from Beckley, WV, Mose began his career in the Navy, retiring as a Naval Officer in the Submarine Force.
With over fifty years of experience in electrical testing from nuclear power plants to industrial facilities, it is safe to say Mose is an electrical and power testing expert. Marrying his knowledge and experience with his special knack for understanding customer’s needs and his drive to meet those needs, makes for a pretty special guy! And, you won’t find too many people who will tell you otherwise.
My philosophy has always been to provide quality services to our customers by taking ownership of the project, problem or need and doing the work as if we were employees of that company. The key has always been to have a team of well-qualified and knowledgeable technicians that embrace this same philosophy.
Mose Ramieh, II
He is the Past-President (2011-2012) of the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA), and presently is on the Board of Directors for NETA and is the Strategic Chair.
Mose is a proud father of three children and grandfather of five grandchildren. Mose spends much of his free time catching fish and perfecting his golf game at his beach home in Oak Island, NC.

Mose Ramieh, III
A Texan, University of Texas graduate (BA) and former US Navy Lieutenant, Mose knows a thing or two about getting things done. He is certified as a NICET and NETA Level IV Technician and is a master at using simple processes to solve seemingly complicated problems. He is a self proclaimed “Master of the Obvious.”
At times Mose can oversimplify his unique talents of relentlessly seeking answers and then getting the job done safely, all while leading and teaching others to do the same.
“I love to solve customers problems. When the lights are off…when production stops, it can be thrilling to trouble shoot, find the problem, isolate or fix the problem and then high five when the lights come back on.”

And, you can also say he has a heart as big as Texas! Anyone who shaves his head for kids cancer and does millions of (…well almost) pushups for military Vets not only truly cares for others but also takes action for them.
Mose lives in Nashville with his wife, Dusti, and two sons.

A Virginia native, Dave received his Electronic Technology degree at Austin Peay State University and is approaching his 15th anniversary with PGTI.
A Level III Thermographer, Dave’s special talent, which is an invaluable asset to the team, is his organizational skills. As Operations Manager, Dave supervises all work flow, team activities, project timelines and budgets. Needless to say, he has his hands full and the sheer volume of work he handles is truly impressive. But, it’s the respect of his team members for how he consistently keeps everyone busy, productive and happy that matters most.
“What I love about PGTI is all the different challenges that are presented to me on a daily basis as the Operations Manager. Every day there is a new challenge and/or I’m at a different work site. What makes me tick professionally are projects being run in an efficient manner and providing excellent service to our customers.”
Outside of the office, you’ll find Dave cycling way too many miles to count or ATVing with his son at the Land Between the Lakes. And for football, it’s the Vols and Redskins all the way!
Dave currently resides in Springfield, TN with his wife, Melanie, and his son.

Originally from Hammond, Indiana, Carol came to middle TN in the mid 90’s. She is the super proud mother of three children and grandmother to nine grandchildren.
For almost 15 years, Carol has managed all things Accounting and Office Administration for PGTI. Like Dave, Carol is super organized and methodical about her daily responsibilities which she feels minimizes mistakes. When asked what she does at PGTI, Carol responds, “You name it!” Ask others and she is said to be focused on employee needs and a super listener, problem solver and always eager to help…kind of like the “Team Mom.”
“I love that I am trusted to work independently at PGTI. I also love all of the techs. I have to take care of them, and I like that I can help them out. They are all really such great guys!”
When Carol isn’t managing the PGTI office, you will likely find her playing with a grandchild or enjoying her garden…or happily doing both!
